  13. They were willing to talk me through a problem with the PCMCIA port over
  14. the phone, and for me to call back later with any further problems.

  21. $ff0Oh  dear.  Power Computing should really have done well on this but they
  22. messed me around much to much.  I was told my RAM board would arrive the
  23. next  day,  but  it  didn`t.   I  upgraded to a 42mhz accelerator but it
  24. didn`t  arrive  next  day  and they fobbed me off for a week saying they
  25. were stuck in customs.  I then got a Blizzard and asked for a 4meg SIMM.
  26. I was called back later and told the 4meg wasn`t compatible.  I upgraded
  27. it  to  an 8meg, and was completely out of money.  The only saving grace
  28. was they sent me a free copy of Breathless

  35. $bf0After  a  stock problem, they upgraded the delivery of my HD to next day
  36. for  no  extra  charge,  and  told  me how to sort out the problem of it
  37. corrupting files and not booting from power on.

  44. $dffThe  first  parcel contaning Blitz, Theme Park, manuals and free copy of
  45. Virtual Computer Pets CD arrived quite quickly, however they sent me the
  46. 3.5"  disk  version,  which  meant  that  I  had to send it back, and am
  47. currently  still  waiting  for  the CD one to turn up.  Admittedly, this
  48. wait is not their fault, as it is not due out till the end of the month.
  49. Oh,  and  they  didn`t send me my free CD for ordering over £25 worth of
  50. stuff (VCP is free with Blitz).
